A business development professional has following primary responsibilities:
  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Pitching International/Domestic Projects (Campaigns) to leads(SQL) provided.
  • Up selling new campaigns to existing clients.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing Client
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish report and set up meetings

JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call center associates who deal with our existing and potential customer. The QA will monitor inbound and outbound call and emails responses to assess associate’s demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall XOOM Energy customer’s experience.
  • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
  • Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
  • Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.

We are looking for a Process Trainer to help our Centre agents develop their skills and knowledge. The goal as the Trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions at various centres, manage night shift centre support from our office.
The ideal candidate should be good at communication with the ability to effectively describe difficult Processes to different audiences in a simple way. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess good public speaking skills.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement appropriate training plans centre wise
  • Conduct Individual training sessions and lectures as per requirement.
  • Record training expenses.
  • Prepare soft & hard copy training materials such as modules, videos, and presentations.
  • Train and guide new centre agents.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all agents are performing job responsibilities according to training.
  • Collaborate with management to identify internal company training needs.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a training position.
